I have a bad connector on the main speaker which causes the other speaker to go in and out of service. Who provides repair support for these speakers? How can I tell if this is still in warranty?

Thanks --helpful. I am still in the 1 year warranty so hope they can fix on a timely basis. I tried to call but there was no answer-- hopefully they will be back in the office on Tuesday.
