How do I get the Modo Max bundle to work?

I ordered the Modo Max bundle, found on this menu: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/?S1=437&S2=449

In that menu, it clearly states that the Modo Max bundle "Includes MODO BASS 2 and MODO DRUM 1.5 software."

When I look at MODO BASS 2 in that same menu, it clearly states "Includes all 22 bass models." However, I only have access to the models that were already in the original MODO BASS - I don't have access to the 8 new models in MODO BASS 2, even though IK's own verbiage clearly states that that's what I bought.

Has anybody else had a hard time with this bundle? Is there any trick to getting it to work?

You should just need to authorize the software in your IK Product Manager. I would recommend unauthorizing and reauthorizing MODO BASS 2 there and if that doesn't work IK Support can assist you directly via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
