No audio ASIO channels >=3 MODO Drum on Windows 10

In MODO Drum I can specify ASIO channels 1 and 2, but no audio output when changing to channels 11 and 12. No issue with MODO Bass 2.
Audio interface: RME Fireface 802 USB.

I have the same problem with Focusrite Scarlet 4i4. Channels 3/4 did not work with MODO drum but worked with MODO Bass 2.
