Only can authorize in admin profile [Resolved]

Please help. I try to authorize modo drum to my mac compter, but i found it only admin profile able to authorize. It can not success authorized in another profile on same mac compter. Anyone can help? Thanks.

As far as I am aware our software would not require an admin profile. However, I am not in tech support so they would have more and better information and the ability to troubleshoot your issue so please open a ticket with IK Support and they will happily assist you with this issue. Thank you.

But still cannot authorize, don't know how to fix it.

Thanks ik staff, the problem fixed.

Here r the steps:
1. Open console goto ~/Library/Preferences/
2. sudo chmod 777 com*ik*
3. Re-auth in ik product manager
4. Fixed

To other readers: these steps worked for arwang but the cause your problem may well be different. Only try the above if you are sure about what you are doing. Otherwise, rasie a Support Ticket for some one to one advice.
