modo drums will not install

tried to install MODO Drums and it will not... it gives me an Error, MODO Drums require an intel CPU with AVX support or an Apple Silicon CPU.
Im using an Intel Xeon CPU with Mojove on a 2012 mac pro tower

Per the Specs page, yes MODO DRUM does require AVX or an Apple Silicon processor. There is a link there to more details about AVX too. Older Intel processors do not support AVX instructions.
