Why Over Heads sending is not allowed for all the cymbals ?

Some cymbals have no direct cymbal signal, in this case there is only the overhead signal,
which is routed through the channel strip of that cymbal. This is similar to a traditional drum microphone set-ups.

Thank you Ryan for your answer, but with MODO DRUM it's time to correct all the bad practice in recording acoustic drum (overhead on cymbals are used when you have not enough mic to properly record individual elements of a big drum). I think that virtual instrument must offer more possibility than conventional instrument to make easier the mix. Isn't it ?
