Stereo/mono out from the amp

Stereo/mono out from the DI

Isn't it common practice to handle those two separately in recording studios?

Would also be nice to choose if the DI output is pre or post pedalboard.

I've plus one'd on a few things but,I want to put all of my feature requests in one place.
1.Down tunings.
2.A keyswitch to alternate pick direction and index/middle finger.
3.Separate outputs for direct and amp sounds.
4.Sound effects ;pickup clap.muted/dead notes(or for the muting to be a keyswitch)
5.A fuzz pedal.
6.A flanger pedal.
7.A overdrive pedal
8.The ability to automate pedals off and on.
9.A G&L L-2000

MODO into Amplitube

Postby kurt.lehman » Sat Sep 19, 2020 6:58 am

Would be incredible to have a analog(bass) input software version of MODO in front of Amplitube so we can pick a bass before running it through Amplitube!! Full integration with Stomp I/O as well.

+1 to the request for a fretless mode where the transition between notes can be continuous as opposed to the current semitone-by-semitone one. Also MPE support: being able to use a good fretless sound on the Roli Seaboard would be a godsend (although just a fretless mode with the current midi settings for pitch bend would be enough).

I would like a tremolo effect (with setup : free running or triggered by note on ) and a arpegiator/sequencer like the one used in Sample Tank 4 [mod redacted - stick to feature requests, less conjecture/editorializing]

I add myself to the people already asking for MIDI bass files.
I don't mean examples, I mean a substantial collection in different genres.
freemidi.org has midi for many songs, and one can take the bass part out of that, than tailor it to the subtleties available in MODO bass to get the best sound. Hire a young volunteer that can work for you with 10 songs each day for 3 months, and come up with 900+ fully structured (intro-verse-chorus etc) MIDI songs optimeized for MODO bass!
In the popular open MIDI format, we could start from those, either adapting to a new scale, or copying and pasting fragments, or see what happens if we move a couple of notes up or down, longer or shorter.
This has become even more important to stand proud and strong towards the competition. [mod edit - unnecessary]
