Irig Stream - Galaxy S8+ - Noise Issues

I finally received my Irig Stream that I waited for since March. I plugged it into my Focusrite box and I receive signal but, when I Facebook Live the song I want to play, the Facebook Live video only plays a Very Noisy, almost white noise version of what is playing. Any suggestions? This device is useless for me if I cant get any sound to go through it. :-(

I just got mine today and get the same exact issue. All I get is noise. When I try to record to the app all I get is noise and when I try to stream to Facebook or anywhere else it is the same white noise like static.

There may be an issue with some social apps that causes this. Please open a ticket with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and they will be able to provide more direct assistance about your issue.

Thanks Peter I will but it also is happening with the IK Apps as well. iRig Recorder has the same issue.
