AmpliTube not accepting irig2 serial number

The app wont accept my irig 2 serial number . Say invalid serial number .. any ideas ?

Please let the IK Support team know at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support as they can check out the serial number and see what is happening. Thanks!

They got back to me and gave me a link to register at the website .. I already have it registered there .. I tried to re register it and I get the error message serial number already used. The app will not accept the serial number either
