Hey all,

I'm working at producing some music by myself to get better at mixing etc.
Hope to get a solid rhythm sound before adding any more layers/mud and sharing this little test for tones etc.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hi Brianvegas,

I agree with CS. Finish this one off! Write some lyrics and a ripping guitar solo.

If I could give one piece of advice, (disclaimer I am a drummer) have the drummer play 1/4 notes on the hi hats (0:27-0:50) like they played in the intro. It sounds like you wanted to have the song be more open at that part and playing 1/8 notes on the hi hat, I found got in the way.

Looking forward to hearing the final product.
