AmpliTube 5 CS won't download

I have the free download of IK Multimedia Product Manager, and I've authorized AmplitTube 5 CS with my Serial Number. I'm running Windows 10.

When I click "Install" next to AmpleTube, nothing happens. It stays at 0% and "Time Left: calculating..."

Please make sure the download folder set in the Settings exists and is writeable on your system. If that doesn't help, IK Support will assist you (or continue to assist you if you've already opened a ticket). Thank you.

I got the authorization for the free AmpliTube 5 CS, through serial number, I have been trying to download the software but it is not processing, simply mentionned "calculating" as well.
I saw previous messages with the same issue but the reply wasn't helpful at all for me, could you please let me know exactly what to do to overcome this problem, thanks in advance,

For windows (Win 10 here) run as administrator - seemed to do the trick for me
