I purchased the studio max and the download manager says everything has been downloaded and installed and updated. Some things are not working properly. Specifically Syntronik 2. I appear to be missing a boatload of presets. I don't know where the downloads are stored. My downloads are about to expire. IK Multimedia, so this is the best you could come up with? Seems kind of jankey revenue stream. I'd like to be covered by expiration, but don't know how. What a mess . It's 2023, c'mon. I don't know what I need or don't need. Help!
