Problem with Purchase of Modo Bass

I already discussed my dilemma with support without resolution:

I purchased Modo Bass at IKM store. Clicked Add to Cart under Modo Bass and got it into cart at sale price. Turns out I bought a Crossgrade license which is the same price as a Full license.
I was not going for a Crossgrade and am not aware of any of my products which would qualify for a Crossgrade.
How can I get a Full license? Do I need to request a refund and start the process all over again?
Won't my cost of a Full license be the same as what I've paid already?
Sale price minus Jam Points?
If at some point in the future I need to sell Modo Bass due to health, etc., I would like to be able to sell a Full license, not a Crossgrade.
Please advise as Support has not been super-helpful with the issue.

The Crossgrade gets you the same software as the Full licence, but at a discounted price.

You get the software at the Crossgrade price as you have a Qualifying Product (that is, one listed at 99.99 or more) Registered to your User Account.

I reckon that you could transfer the Serial Number to another user who has a Qualifying Product later on.

Thanks, the full and crossgrade pricing is currently the same.
