Connection Error with IK Product Manager

Hi

I am having a problem registering or authorising a products from group buy….will it sort itself out in time perhaps?

I used my IK product manager. It’s saying connection error but I am in WiFi zone. Maybe I need to try redowload the PM?

Any help appreciated.
