Amplitube 5 Upgrade?

Hello,
I already own Amplitube 5. But because I also purchased MODO Bass during 25-for-0ne promotion, now I see in the promotion list "Amplitube 5 Upgrade" as Item I can get. What does "Amplitube 5 Upgrade" really means? Does it mean I can book a future upgrade of Amplitube 5 for free now?

That is upgrade pricing to AmpliTube 5. Since you already have AmpliTube 5 please do not choose that as it would be exactly what you have.
