Spanish "cookies" talk

Whenever I log in, the bottom of my screen shows Spanish instead of English. Everything else is English.

Just wondering why, it's about as FWP as it gets but still.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

It's likely Italian since IK is headquartered in Modena, Italy. Once I accepted that it didn't keep showing up though, so I wonder why it does repeatedly for you.
