How to make Tape Echo seen in Ableton Live 10?[Resolved]

How do I see this in Ableton Live 10?

I got the magazine in German, just for this plugin. I registered it with IK Product, and I see it in the T-RackS 5 app under "Modules". But in AU in Ableton Live 10, this is all I get: https://imgur.com/a/oA7feGb

Have you authorised your computer with the serial number you've been given (I assume) by the magazine?

Yes, I registered Tape Echo with the serial I got after answering the question at serialcenter.de.

So you've authorised your computer using the IKM Product Manager, not just registered the plugin to your User Account on the IK website?

Hmm, weird. Have you got the most uptodate version of TRackS installed?

Have you got plugins hidden in Ableton (if it does that)?

Also, on your screenshot you posted, it doesn't look like you've got TR Suite available either. Maybe check that all of the modules have been installed correctly by going to [Mac HD]/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components and see that the TR5 Tape Echo.component is where it should be.

Ah, good point. No, I only have these:

TR5 Black 76.component
TR5 Classic Comp.component
TR5 Classic EQ.component
TR5 Metering.component
TR5 One.component
TR5 Quad Compressor.component

And also, I have also logged into Custom Shop and clicked "Restore Gear" for both Amplitube and T-Racks.

I wanted to do another install and tried finding the installer for T-Racks 5 on the website, but everything says to do it through Product Manager. And in PM I see that it's registered under T-Racks, but there's no option for uninstalling and/or reinstalling, just Unauthorize.

Have these all been installed individually then, or have you installed TR5CS?

Either way, if you go to your User Area>My Products, click on Past Releases in the TRackS line and it should take you to where you can download previous installers of whichever version of TRackS you own.

Ahhh, I understood the problem!

I had previously manually deleted the components that I didn't have a license for at the time, because it was just annoying to have tons of plugins showing that I couldn't use.

But now I have licenses for more products, nine in all: Black 76 Limiting Amplifier + Classic Compressor + Classic Equalizer + Classic Clipper + Metering + ONE + Quad Compressor + Tape Echo + Vintage Tube Compressors

So the solution from IK Multimedia's side would be to not install everything I don't have licenses for, or at the very least have Product Manager recognise that I don't have components/VST files for the ones I own.

Anyway, I just installed the whole package again now and manually moved the unowned components to a backup directory. Thanks for the help!
