Midi month upgrade not working

There is a special offer called:
"Celebrate MIDI Month with 50% off Syntronik and Syntronik Deluxe"

I "own" Syntronik and the Syntronik Deluxe Upgrade is at $/€49.99. Great!

I click on the link and I'm only offered the crossgrade...

The eligibility check shows that to get the Syntronik Deluxe Upgrade, you simply need to be a registered user of Syntronik, which I am.

Please fix the shop.
I email the shop last week, but got no news.
