Where is the License Tranfer Button ? URGENT !!!

Hello,

i have buyed a license tranfer credit last thursday.

In the recieved email stands:

2) Click on 'My Products' and locate the product you wish to transfer.
3) Click on 'Serials / License'.
4) Click 'Transfer'.

There is no "Transfer" button to find.
Where can i do the license transfer ?

It´s urgent, cause the buyer is waiting for the transfer of the license.
I have not received any feedback from the support yet.

The Software i want to sell is ARC 2.
It is not a NFR/Crossgrade- but a full-license.

3) Click on 'Serials / License'.

So, when you click on Serials/License, it should bring up a white box detailing the authorisations you've used. In the bottom left-hand corner should be the red Transfer button.

If it's not there, then I would suggest replying to your own ticket with an image of what you can see after clicking the Serials/License button.

Official support endeavours to reply to tickets within 1-2 working days.
