I have checked all the manuals and everything is connected. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS version 16.5.1. I have my iPhone connected with its official cable to the iRig, a TRS cable with RCA outputs to a mixer, and it's not generating audio output. I've tried it with TRRS headphones and it doesn't work. If I record with my iPhone on Instagram or the official camera, the video does record what is played from the mixer or audio input, but it does not generate real-time output through the audio outputs.
It's worth mentioning that I have two basic iRig Streams and the cables do deliver audio output for connecting to speakers or headphones. I also tried it with a Samsung S21 Ultra and I still can't get it to output audio.
