Split USB MIDI to iPad and Macbook?

I want to split the USB MIDI signal out of my Yamaha P125 keyboard and go into 1) my MacBook Pro using Logic, and 2) my iPad. I want to record MIDI of my piano in Logic while triggering a pad sound from Synth One, which I really like. I'll take a line out from the iPad and record it as audio on my MacBook. That's the plan. Does IK Multimedia have a mobile product that splits a USB MIDI signal?
