iRig Mic HD 2 & iPad 9th Gen. * usable without IK Software ?

Hi there,

sorry for the stupid (?) question. But i couldn't find the answer somewhere else.

I just want to know if i could use the Microphone (iRig Mic HD 2) for "plain" Video recording without any extra Softwar / APP ? I have to use just the preinstalled Software of ipadOS16.

[ Because:It is not my hardware and a am not allowed under any circumstances to install any Software. ]

Any helpful answer is welcome.

iRig Mic HD 2 is compatible with any apps that support digital interface microphones/audio interfaces. You do not need IK apps/software or any drivers on iOS devices.
