Does the 2022 All-in Bundle not include the new gear?

I was under the impression that the 2022 iOS All-in Bundle I got back in February with the 20th Anniversary Tone Up promotion included any new gear released for the year. The latest gear released in v4.14 is showing up as available for purchase, even after using the restore in app purchases button. Did I get hosed?

Problem solved!
Tried clicking link to register software within Amplitube. After message that it was already registered, clicked restore n app purchases one more time, and it all opened up.
The new gear is great! Thanks IK
