Amplitube for Iphone not working on Ipad

I bought amplitube for my iphone a couple of years ago and was happy with it. Iphone stopped working and I want to use it on my Ipad 4 but I cannot download the version I purchased and the one for Ipad does not work on IOS10.3.3

Any help?
