I purchased a song on iTunes (So by Alice Jemima) and it is not showing up as DRM free on my iPad (my Amplitube CS4 platform) so I cannot import it to add my guitar tracks.
The song shows "Purchased" in iTunes on my iPad, so I assume that means the DRM restriction should have been removed. (I purchased the song on my iPhone, but I use the same Apple iCloud account for both devices) The DRM protections for the song in question HAVE been removed on my iPhone.
I've tried everything, including purchasing another song from the same artist on my iPad. That song is showing up as DRM-free, FYI
Any thoughts on why this one song is being recalcitrant?
