Irig 1 and iPhone se 2020

I just board am Irig to try to connect my guitar to my iPhone SE 2020 with AmpliTube nothing works checked cables and connection to amplifier checked rig it works but my iPhone does not I have been tough all options turned on microphone on iPhone and followed all advises on the internet nothing works anyone who has a clue of what's missing I see a lot of tube videos where people demonstrate plug and play with AmpliTube and Irig and iPhone but none where there is a problem i get no sound from the guitar only noise from the build in microphone on the iPhone

I am having the same issue with my iPhone SE 2020. I hope we can get an answer to fix this.
