Irig Pro Duo and Iphone 11 Pro

Hello
I bought an irig pro duo in order to make some videos with iphone 11 and senheiser avx micros.
It works but there is a big problem after connecting and filming with Irig pro duo: when you take a video with the iphone 11 alone (without irig), the sound of the video is completely destroyed ! you must turn off the iphone and start again. Why ?
And I am afraid to destroy the iphone when using irig pro duo.

Since no other users have chimed in for a while and this is an odd issue (I've never seen similar nor had similar issues using iRig Pro Duo for a long time on iPhone) please open a ticket with IK Support who can assist you via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
