IRIG 2 no sound when livestreaming

hi
ive been using my irig 2 to do FB live stream DJ sets,
it has been working fine until now. I use my iPhone 5s and all settings are correct. I used the I rig recorder and there is no signal coming through there either.
has anyone else had this issue?
can anyone help?

this problem also began occuring for me when running out of a mixer. Nothing has changed in my set up.

I do have the same issue.
Connected to a mixer and to my Iphone.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
I need to unplugged, replug several times to get signal.
Very annoying... I didn't find a sequence to make it works all the times.
Also sometimes when it works, at one moment, it stops working.
I'm suspecting that with an external power supply it could work better ?
Any progress ?
