iRic Mic for Smartphone and Tablet

hHi i just purchased iRic Mic for Smart phone / Tablet, not the HD one for live singing and broadcast.

However I can not get it working on my andriod phone, I got the adapter for it.

However the mic is still not working, I have a Samsung s20 Ultra and a Huawei P30 Pro does any one know how to get it working?

When I plugged in the Samsung it says device not compatible, on the Huawei doesnt say anything but mic is not working, need help.

You shouldn't need any adapter for iRig Mic, per the Specs page at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... hp?p=specs

You plug iRig Mic into a compatible headphone jack (any headphone jack that would support a headset/microphone combination, as is common on phones that have headphone jacks). If you are having problems doing so, please contact IK Support for direct and official assistance at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support (you'll need to review and search the FAQ and if you don't find a solution you'll have an option to open a ticket at the bottom of the page after searching the FAQ).
