dealing with no headphone jack iphone X

I just recently upgraded to Iphone X - first without an audo jack. I use Irig Pro 37; lightning straight into keyboard. Used to use audio jack for headphone or out to amp; I cant stand the latency of bluetooth. Is there a hardware solution to get me an audio jack and lightning connector? will an iphone dock work?
