Can't unlock Cubasis LE2 with iRig?

Hello everyone,,
Can't seem to get Cubasis LE2 to unlock with my iPad Pro and my new iRig Pro I/O. Is it because the iRig Pro I/O is not listed under supported hardware? (All other iRigs are). Maybe I need to plug in while the app is running? Currently it was already plugged in then I started Cubasis LE2.showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.vet/ Do I need to wait for an update?

Hi, iRig Pro I/O is listed here https://www.steinberg.net/en/products/m ... dware.html so it should work. I would recommend contacting Steinberg support and they can troubleshoot why it is not unlocking for you.
