AmpliTube 4 on pc, just bought iPad

I own AmpliTube 4. I just purchased an iPad. Do I need to rebuy all the gear I had purchased on PC?

They are separate programs sold on different stores (iOS apps are sold only on Apple’s App Store) and the gear does not transfer.
