irig HD2 no sound

I just go a new Irig HD 2 and I’ve set it up to my iPhone as shown in the manual and I’m not getting any sound outputing.

I’ve tried with both an iPhone 6s and iPhone 8 and I can’t even get the metronome to output to my amp. I can see in the settings that the app is trying to output through the levels but not sure where that is going. Is there something I’m missing? Can I change the output settings or something?

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear of your troubles with your iRig HD 2.

Make sure to check with IK Multimedia support. Do note, this is a user-to-user forum and not a support forum.

Make sure to let them know if your iRig HD 2 lights up when connected to iOS and if possible, try this on Mac/PC and let them know your results.
