Can't contact support

I'm missing a few pedals from the bundles i've bought, i've installed the individual apps and registered all of them but it still tries to get me to pay for them. I'm trying to contact support but when I click send after writing the explanation I just get a blank page...

I've sorted the pedals. I had to restore purchases in the individual apps as well.

The problem with the support page remains.
