IRig. Only clean sound

Just picked up an IRig. Bought the AmpliTube Hendrix app.for the life of me I can’t get any of the distorted sounds to work. Tried messing with the settings the best I could. Also, only getting sound out of one ear when on AmpliTube. Without wasting hours of frustration I’m here. Help! Ps. It was the floor model out of the box at guit center. Not being cheap, it was the last one in stock. Maybe it’s thrashed?

I had a similar issue with the sound out one ear, I went form headphones with a mic to a pair without and it worked fine.

Not sure if that helps.

Mine doesn’t have a mic anyway. But thanks.
