Noise Problem and line in fault iri pro duo o 2018 Ipad Pro

Hi,

I am trying to use the pro duo with a new Ipad Pro ios 11.2.2.

Neither the xlr with phamtompower works (only a high tone appears in Intervalls and the menue of my app in the ipad is simultan changing) nor the Line in is working (no input).I've justed the line in with a stereocable ,thats maybe wrong.

I need your help.
I've opened a Ticket 4 days ago but get no answers.
