Sampletank for Iphone. Settings: IRig PADS Full Integration: "ON".

I want to do an external Start. What MIDI code should I receive?
In the instructions to IRig PADS this is written, but it does not work. I tried 0xFC and 0x99 0x68 (G# 4) 0x7F.

Сan i use the message 0xFС and 0xFA (Start \ Stop or Play) in GarageBand and SampleTank iOS? How? Thanks.
