i've tried to contact the sales and tech support with 0 answer about this unit. What are the specs on the unit, like latency. I wouldn't mind to pre-order but there's no specs available anywhere. I just get tickets numbers but no answers.

Tech Support will answer tickets in the order in which they are received, usually within one business day.
