[SOLVED] iRig Pads SampleTank for iOS - "Full Integration"?

I've got an iRig pads and enjoy the SampleTank for iOs - iRig Pads Full Integration option. However it only works on one of my iPads. On my iPad Air 2 integration works. On my iPad Mini 4, I can see and set Full Integration to "On", but the integration features do not work. For example I cannot use the Pads to browse presets or patterns or play a pattern in the app and have it light up on the iRig Pads. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app - no change. Any ideas?

If others are having this problem, I can share the solution. I had to 'Reset All Settings' on the problem iPad.
