update authorization manager is not working [Resolved]

i'm trying to authorizate my ARC 2 and when i go to the IK website:

i make the download, install and receive the same information, that my authorization manager is out of date.

What do i do??

I have had the same problem for days with having to authorise repeatedly every time I open the application. I have been prompted to update authorisation manager but the link does not work and when I use the link posted here to update authorisation manager the link works but the buttons are obscured by a pop up that leads back to square one. I have been sent around in circles for days with this. What the pop says is this: If you need to register/authorize one of these product just click 'here'. Which is not what I want: I want to update the authorisation manager and there is no option to do that anywhere, not in the link or on the site.

Very weird set up
