Everytime, I try to download something in the ik multimedia product manager it says Download Speed:NaN/sec and it doesn't start downloading

Please make sure the download folder set in the Settings exists and is writeable on your system. If that doesn't help, IK Support will assist you (or continue to assist you if you've already opened a ticket). Thank you.
