Product manager will not download my software

I recently formatted my laptop, so I have to reinstall all my programs. I have downloaded the latest version of IK product manager, and I am trying to download my registered software. But the product manager just don't want to download anything. The download bar won't budge, it is stuck at 0% percent.

The install folder is:
C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager

But I have also tried different install folders, with the same result.

Please help!

Have you already tried to launch the Product Manager as adminstrator?

same for me cant install MIXBOX, stall at 0%, time left : calculating .....
