IK Product Manager.

Why cant i get product manager to run or download on my pc, keeps saying that im off line and
connection error, but im on line.....
can any one help.

Hey there,
I would recommend making sure everything is removed and up to date before all else.
But if the issue persists I would recommend opening a ticket with IK Support.
