Need help !!!

Hi,

I'm on Mac OS 10.14.6. All my IK Multimedia plug-ins are authorized, except the T-Racks plug-ins (I deleted all others thar I don't have license). It keeps in demo mode, I've authorized and de-authorized it some dozens of time, the authorization process passed but the result keeps the same.

I posted this some weeks ago, but I don't received any reply.

What can I do ?

It would be best to contact Technical Support who should be able to diagnose the problem and offer guidance.
