Help Needed

I cant install anything, all i get is this error. Image
I have no clue what to do.

At this point im thinking of factory reseting my pc in the hopes it will fix it.

That looks like a permissions issue. Have you reported your issue to IK Support?

Also, if you are using OneDrive or similar to store your Documents folder that might be causing permissions issues.

Factory resetting my pc seems to have fixed the issue.
