Further explanation needed for Windows audio with ARC 3.

I've followed what's on the official IK page and need to know the following:

In Pedalboard2, what do I need to select for the Audio Device Type?

- With Windows Audio selected I get "input and output devices don't share a common sample rate", which comes up no matter if the sample rates ARE set exactly the same or not.
- With ASIO selected then using ASIO4All, I don't see my interface listed in the Active Output channels (even though it's enabled in ASIO4All).
- When I select DirectSound it works but only at a very high latency, making in unusable for videos, and very slow to respond.

As if you're explaining it in explicit step-by-step detail to a child: What do I need to do to get this to work?
