Hello,

I'd like to take a glance at SampleTank4 CS and I realized that there isn't a way to get directly the installer but I have to use IK Product Manager.
Well, I have installed IK Product Manager (Windows 7) and correctly logged in...I can see SampleTank 4 CS (and its serial) among all available products but when I clicl on INSTALL the download doesn't start at all (the issue affects ALL Sw products, such as AmpliTube 5 etc).

Then I've tried to authorize it but the tool looked stuck. Only after restarting the tool I was able to see the "Authorized" green label but anyway I am not still able to download the package.

I have then tried with my company's PC (windows 10) and actually it managed to download the Sampletank installer but...the installation didn't start (I have read there's something regarding WIn10 security policy but I cannot take any change due to my company policy)

Does anybody can give me any hint about this annoying issue?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.
