I too have had the IKPM stall recently when clicking on Update. Thankfully I found the solution here. In Windows Defender Firewall, in the inbound policy, add the IKPM .exe file and allow it. The path to the file is in Windows 11 is "C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager\IK Product Manager.exe".
