Total Studio Max

Guys,
A friend told me he's interested in buying a few of my licenses only if he could upgrade them to a max version (Miroslve 2 or total studio). Is this permitted for transferred licenses?

I couldn't resist Total Studio's 2 sale and now I have a bunch of redundance licenses.
