[RESOLVED] T-RackS 5 MAX v2/Assembly window does not come up

I used T-Racks 5 Max v2 standalone for the first time in a few days.
but The Assembly window does not come up when starting up in standalone mode (they used to work fine).
In product manager T-Racks Max v2 is marked as authorized , and in my user are on the IK website as authorized too.

I made reference to a topic in another forum that had a similar situation.

It involved de-authorizing the TR5 using IKPM (IK Product Manager) and then re-authorizing it by entering the TR5 MAX serial number when prompted.

However, the error have not improved.

Any help on this would be gratefully received as I have an album to assemble and master this week.sorry.

The cause of the trouble was a windows OS display problem. I was able to display the icon on the taskbar by right-clicking on it and selecting maximize. If anyone else is having the same problem, please refer to this page.
